Kennesaw, GA Show - July 25, 2001 (Jason had been in the hospital just before this show. After a grim outlook by the doctors, he once again amazed us all by rebounding strongly. He taught drumline rehearsals that week, as well as practiced and marched with CorpsVets. The night of these pictures was one I considered almost "magical". Before the show, he talked about being worried that he would be too tired to stay around and visit with friends. After their performance and a brief rest, he spent the rest of the night catching up with so many old friends. It was wonderful to be able to share that with him and capture a little of it on film.)
